Give the recipient’s full name and current province or centrally administered city, ward or commune and exact street address in Vietnam. Include the house number, alley or lane where relevant, building, floor and apartment, with the postcode where known. Add a working Vietnamese telephone number and useful entrance or landmark details. For a hotel or workplace, identify reception or another person who can accept the gift.

For a hotel, include the property’s full address, guest’s reservation name and arrival date. For a workplace, add the company, department and receiving contact. At a home, include the house or building, alley or lane, floor and apartment where relevant. Check the hospital’s rules for the patient’s ward before ordering flowers, plants or food.

Choose an offered date and arrange receipt

Fresh-flower delivery is available Monday to Sunday, including Sunday. For eligible same-day arrangements and addresses, order before 20:00 at the recipient’s local time, when that date is offered for the selected gift and full address; peak-holiday cutoffs may be earlier. This is an order cutoff, not a guaranteed arrival hour. Plants, cakes and complete gifts have their own offered dates and any stated notice; fresh flowers within a combination also follow the fresh-flower cutoff and delivery days.

Order ahead for Tet, other busy holidays, a guest’s stay or a ceremony with a fixed start time. Confirm service to a remote address before ordering and choose a date offered for the full receiving address. Arrange for someone to accept the gift. A preferred arrival hour can be requested, but is not guaranteed; contact customer service before ordering if a deadline is essential.
